Any hardwood obtained from variety of species can be used for hardwood flooring setup purpose. used in hardwood flooring. It has open grain renders that make it more porous than the white oak wood variety. It is a very hard wood and has a similar strength as that of oak and is an effective resistant to insects, fungi, termites and also temperature fluctuations, making it the best hardwood for kitchen and bathroom flooring.
