Create a simple and affordable ballerina themed bedroom design by implementing some of the eight easy ideas included in this article. Use a light pink gingham comforter on the bed. Try out to create your own window treatments. First, hang a soft white voile sheer drapery panel on the window. Then, tie ballet shoes to white cording. Use them as customized tiebacks for the window sheers. Install floor to ceiling mirrors on one wall, which will be the ballet dancers’ studio wall and will really bring the theme to life for the little dancer. Install a ballet bar to the mirror wall that can be created by purchasing a thick closet bar or stair railing at the local home improvement or discount store.
Make your own customized lamp and shade that will look enticing. Find a simple ballet themed stamp and pink ink at the local discount craft store. A simple, but elegant white wood lamp and shade will add glamour to the room. Any of the ballet decorating ideas are simple and inexpensive solutions that will bring a new design theme to the home with little cost and effort.
