Organizing one’s life is crucial, should we want to realize our goals to the fullest. Planning not only helps in proper execution, but also reduces stress levels during the eleventh hour of dealing with a task. Just take some time off from your daily routine or may be over the weekend and analyze how you can manage you life better!
1. Set Your Priorities
Take a pen and paper and jot down what is important for you and what’s not. Look at all areas of your life, be it family, society, friends or work. Note which area needs to be worked upon immediately and what all can wait.
2. Make a Progress Report
Each month you go back to the list of to-dos and face your progress report. Keeping a track of what you have achieved will show you what still remains to achieve. Besides this, it will give you a satisfactory feeling that things are working right for you.
3. Time Management
Everyone, from our parents to our teachers and mentors, have been feeding us lectures on Time Management, since times immemorial. Well, they were right my friend!
4. Learn to say no
It’s foolish to commit to accomplish something that you cannot do in the given timeline. Saying “no” is immensely crucial in such situations.
5. Find quality time
Take a break and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Schedule time for fun activities with the people who are important to you!
6. Remove clutter
A clean surrounding brings positive vibes, energy and gives you the inertia of achieving your goals. Get rid of negativities by removing clutter and organizing the things around you.
